Ox & Birch One-Year Limited Warranty

At Ox & Birch, we proudly stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. We offer a one (1) year limited warranty from the original purchase date when items are used under normal conditions.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur upon arrival or within one year of purchase. If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us at support@oxandbirch.com and we’ll be happy to help.

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unreasonable use
• Cosmetic changes over time
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

This warranty does not cover damage to personal property caused by the use of any Ox & Birch product. Ox & Birch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to personal belongings.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please include your order number and name to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.
