What is your current processing time?
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Can I get my product personalized?
Yes, most of our items can be personalized. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Oops! I made an error. Can I make a change to my order?
Most errors can be rectified without having to cancel and re-order. If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can notate any changes. Once an order enters processing or is already engraved, no changes can be made.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time we only ship within the U.S. and to Canada.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping orders and free shipping orders (orders over $75) are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Additional, faster shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Returns
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes. However, personalized or engraved products cannot be returned because they cannot be re-stocked and re-sold. Please see our return policy for details.
