Orders

What is your current processing time?

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Oops! I made an error. Can I make any changes to my order?

Most errors can be rectified without having to cancel and re-order. If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can notate any changes. Once an order enters processing or is already engraved, no changes can be made.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship with the US and to Canada.

What shipping method do yo use?

Standard shipping orders and free shipping orders (orders over $75) are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Additional, faster shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes. However, personalized or engraved products cannot be returned because they cannot be re-stocked and re-sold. Please see our return policy for details.

What is the return window?

Items that are not personalized, or defective can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition and be retuned with original packaging and gift boxes.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

If your gift is not personalized, you may contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
