Much like the year 2020, the USPS is experiencing significant delays again this year due to a shortage of truck drivers, an effect of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is not uncommon for parcels to arrive at a sorting facility then not move for several days.

Unfortunately, once the item ships and leaves our studio, we have no control over any transit delays.

Wood Watches

Yes. Our wooden watches with a wood link band can be resized be removing the number of links needed for a proper fit. For instructions on how to resize your watch, please see our watch resizing help page here.

No. At this time we only offer the standard 10" leather watch band.

Warranty & Repairs

All of our items come with a worry-free 90 day warranty against workmanship defects.

In most cases, watches can be repaired. Since each case is unique, please contact us with your specific need and we will provide you with a reasonable recommendation and solution.
