Returns & Exchanges

At Ox & Birch, each item is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it ships. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help—please review the policy below to ensure your item qualifies.

30-Day Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be: brand new, unused, and in original condition, returned in original packaging and free of wear, damage, or alterations of any kind.

Please note that personalized and engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the permanent nature of laser engraving, these custom pieces cannot be restocked.

Shipping Costs & Return Options

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

You may choose one of the following return methods:

  1. Use your own carrier (tracking required)
  2. Request a prepaid return label from Ox & Birch for $7.95, which will be deducted from your refund

Ox & Birch is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability at the time the return is received
  • Returned items must meet all condition requirements listed above

Refund Processing

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for your refund to process

Ox & Birch reserves the right to deny refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom items (unless an error was made on our part)
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
