RETURN POLICY

Items that qualify for a return:

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

Items that have not been engraved/personalized/customized in any way may be returned within 7 business days from time of delivery per tracking confirmation. Item(s) being returned must be in new, unused, and original condition with original packaging. A full refund minus original shipping costs will be issued once the item(s) has been received and inspected. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Items that are damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours from time of delivery per tracking confirmation. Please include 1-2 detailed photos of the damaged item(s) when contacting us.

A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the return of damaged item(s) and upon receipt of your return, we will ship a replacement.

ERRORS:

Items with an error on the part of Ox & Birch such as:

  • engraving/typographical errors
  • wrong item sent

Please contact us within 7 days if there is an error with your order. 

Please include your order number in all communications concerning returns so that we can expedite the process.

Items that have been engraved/personalized/customized in any way are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Thank you for understanding.

 

WARRANTY

All of our products come with a 30-day warranty against defects. Broken glass and normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty. We will provide a free replacement of any defective item(s) reported within 30 days of receipt. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the defective item(s) which must be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
